Flexible seating arrangements, including comfortable banquettes booths and European chairs which will cater to both intimate dining and larger groups. Digital screens will be part of the framed photographs to have the ability to display Simon branded content. The dining area includes intimate table arrangements . The back bar at Simon Café and Bar stands tall, taking full advantage of the venue’s 15-foot-high ceilings. Rich dark wood shelving extends upward, paired with brass accents that highlight the bar’s elegant design. Navy tones and dark wood mouldings on the backdrop add depth and sophistication, while brass-edged glass shelves and warm lighting showcase a curated selection of spirits.
The European patio at Simon Café and Bar will feature bistro tables with tonal cushioned chairs, brass accents and stand alone gas heaters for comfort in cooler weather. Old awning will be removed as well as the railing system. All tables and table ware will be branded with Simon Café and bar touches. Umbrellas and tailored awnings provide shade, creating a refined and inviting outdoor space that complements the interior design.
The signage concept for Simon Café and Bar includes hand-painted signage on the brick facade and a perpendicular blade sign. The main facade sign will feature bold, classic typography in white or metallic gold, contrasting with the brick and complementing the interior’s color palette. “Simon” will be the focal point, with “Cafe and Bar” underneath. The blade sign will be positioned to ensure visibility from a distance, featuring the same typography for consistency. Both signs will have a matte or satin finish with a textured brushstroke effect, maintaining a refined yet approachable European-inspired aesthetic.
